All Sportsman's cabins have clean modern
kitchens furnished with cookware, serviceware, and all the little odds and ends you need
for preparing your own great meals. Ranges and refrigerators are clean, modern, and well
maintained.

In 2003 and 2004
Sportsman's completed a $300,000 remodeling project of all rooms. All units have satellite
color TV with remote controls, microwave oven, drip coffeemaker, comfortable furniture and
beds, air conditioning, and heat. All towels and linens are supplied, and daily maid
service is available for a nominal fee. Our 22 units offer a broad range of lodging sizes
and configurations. We have a room size for almost any need, from individuals to groups.

K. The Chalet
- By opening full interior doors of the two "Deluxe Group Units" you have the
Chalet. Separated from the other units in a well-shaded secluded spot, it accommodates 12
people. It has 12 single beds, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half-baths, and 2 complete
kitchens, and a 48-foot deck,

| All units have full kitchens equipped
with a microwave oven, drip coffeemaker,dishes, utensils, and cookware. Towels and linens
are also furnished. Daily maid service is available for a small extra fee.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy |
Deposits
$100 per person per day deposit required on all guide trips.
80% of regular rate required on all accommodations.
Lost room key: $5 per key.Cancellation
Fees
Since we are at the "end of the road", and have no
drive-by or walk-in traffic, and since we depend 100% on advance reservations, we must
charge cancellation fees as follows:
1. If you cancel your reservation within 11 full
days or more of your reserved arrival date, no fees will be charged, except for major
holidays, which require a 21 day notice of cancellation.
2. If you cancel your reservation within 4 to 10
full days of your reserved arrival date you may be charged the following cancellation
fees:
a: $100 per person per day on all guided fishing
trips you reserved
b. 80% of regular rate on all accommodations
c. $59 per day for any boat and motor rentals you reserved
d. $5 per breakfast reserved, and $15 per dinner reserved.
3. If you cancel your reservations within 3 full
days or less of your reserved arrival date, if you are a "No Show", or if you
check out early - you may be charged the full amount for all rooms, guide services, boat
rentals, and meals that you reserved as if you had used all reserved items.
4. Major Holidays Require A 21 Day Notice of
Cancellation.

Pet Policy |
| Pets are welcome without charge, but only
if pre-registered at check-in. Beds which have
had pets on them may require a minimum $25 cleaning fee. Animal fur is hard to get out and
cleaners charge us between $25 and $55 per item to remove it. Any spoiled or damaged room
furnishings, bed or bath linens will result in additional charges.
You may be required to sign a damage responsibility
form guaranteeing full payment for any and all damages caused by your pets. Pets must be
kept on a leash while out of doors and their waste cleaned up. All pets must have a
current vaccination tag and license as required by your home city, county, or state
regulations. Pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool fence for any reason!
Maids will not enter any
room that has an unattended pet.
If pets are discovered that were not pre-registered
at time of check-in, you may be charged $100 per pet per day. We love our own pets and
resent being charged for them to stay with us while traveling. This is why we have a
"no charge" pet policy, but we also have had pets staying with us that have done
serious damage to the property and have intimidated and/or harmed members of our staff. We
hope you see this as a policy fair to all.
